good stay with great staff but some room for improvement
Two of the staff members were pleasant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from key attractions.
The room lacked some modern amenities you'd expect.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Triple Room. The staff were friendly and trustworthy. The location was excellent, close to museums and metro stations. My room was cleaned daily and I felt safe. Room service was quick and the food was nicely presented 😊

Excellent location. It's two steps to the Prado Museum.
No refrigerator, no water, no glasses. It's very uncomfortable. The staff is not very friendly.

The hotel was beautiful little, as you can expect from Madrid. I have stayed in twin room with which could have worked better, a french balcony, for example for 1 night. A hair dryer, free toiletries, and bath sheets were very handy. The staff were all efficient and amicable.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. While the staff was mostly friendly, one member lacked warmth, and the carpets in the hallways could use a thorough cleaning. The accommodations were satisfactory, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the bathroom.
